How do I Login to Google Apps? (for Students)

Your username is your first name and last name combined, with no capital letters and no spaces.

Example: If your name was Mark Twain, your username would be marktwain@aurora-schools.org
If the login page you are using to login to Google Apps already has the @aurora-schools.org part built-in, then you would just use marktwain.

Your password will be AuroraXXXX, where XXXX is your four-digit school lunchcode.  Be sure to use a capital A for Aurora.

Example: My school lunchcode is 0101, so my password is Aurora0101

How Do I Login to Google Apps? (for Staff)

Staff usernames are identical to the usernames used to login to the school computers.  Your password will be the same password you set the first time you logged-in this year.

Please Note:

Staff can login to Docs, Calendar, and the variety of other tools hosted on the Google Apps service, as can students.  The only exception for staff is Gmail.  Staff will stil be using Microsoft Outlook at the start of the 2011-2012 school year.

Within the 1st marking period of the 2011-2012 school year, staff will be given the option to switch to Google Apps Gmail as their school email system, whereas students are already using Gmail in Google Apps as their school e-mail.
